  Tulsa Taxicab Dispatch LLC is committed to both passengers and our business partners. Our business core is supported by a team of talented people. We are seeking exceptional people who are excited to join our team, why not explore the possibilities?
  Dispatchers are required to provide impeccable customer service to our clients and passengers. Our dispatch answer the phone and keep records, logs, and schedules of the calls that they receive. They assign vehicles giving consideration to capacity and locations. They maintain communications with operators and drivers, and give directional assistance if they can. They monitor and control the actions that they take. They maintain information on each call and then prepare a detailed report on all activities occurring during their shifts.
  Our requirements:
1. 1-2 years previous dispatch and/or customer service experience is not necessary but a plus.
2. Must be able to work flexible hours or shifts.
3. Excellent good verbal communication skills.
4. Detail oriented, well organized.
5. Must be able to work as a member of the team.
6. Ability to stay calm under high stress.
7. Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast paced environment and be able to handle multi-task at the same time.
